Regulation of Redox Profile and Genomic Instability by Physical Exercise Contributes to Neuroprotection in Mice with Experimental Glioblastoma

چکیده
Glioblastoma (GBM) is an aggressive, common brain cancer known to disrupt redox biology, affecting behavior and DNA integrity. Past research remains inconclusive. To further understand this, investigation was conducted on physical training’s effects behavior, balance, genomic stability in GBMA models. Forty-seven male C57BL/6J mice, 60 days old, were divided into GBM sham groups (n = 15, n 10, respectively), which subdivided trained (Str, Gtr; 12) untrained (Sut, Gut; 15) subsets. The mice performed moderate aerobic exercises a treadmill five six times week for month while remained their enclosures. Behavior evaluated using open-field rotarod tests. Post training, the euthanized brain, liver, bone marrow, blood samples analyzed instability markers. results indicated increased latency values (Gtr) group, suggesting beneficial impact of exercise. Elevated reactive oxygen species parietal tissue (Gut) reduced post training. Moreover, Gtr exhibited lower tail intensity, indicating less instability. Thus, exercise could serve as promising supplemental treatment, modulating parameters reducing

15 صفحه اولa comparison of teachers and supervisors, with respect to teacher efficacy and reflection
supervisors play an undeniable role in training teachers, before starting their professional experience by preparing them, at the initial years of their teaching by checking their work within the proper framework, and later on during their teaching by assessing their progress. but surprisingly, exploring their attributes, professional demands, and qualifications has remained a neglected theme i...

hydrochlorothiazide (hct) is a diuretic agent which is shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertension. literature reports have demonstrated that urinary excretion data may be used to assess the bioavailability of various formulations containing this thiazide. also hct consumption by the athletes is one of the drugs which should be regulated by world anti-doping agency (wada), because of...
DNA Hypomethylation Contributes to Genomic Instability and Intestinal Cancer Initiation.
Intestinal cancer is a heterogeneous disease driven by genetic mutations and epigenetic changes. Approximately 80% of sporadic colorectal cancers are initiated by mutation and inactivation of the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene, which results in unrestrained intestinal epithelial growth and formation of adenomas. Aberrant DNA methylation promotes cancer progression by the inactivation of ...
